If you have forgotten your JAM Post User ID or password, please enter any email address you have registered with your JAM Post account. We will send your User ID and a temporary password to that email address.

If you no longer have access to any of the email addresses you have registered with your JAM Post account, please send us email. Include your name and new email address, and we will send you instructions.
